Put three siblings, triplets in fact, on a playground and tell them to have as much fun as they can instead of telling them to pose and smile at the camera and happiness practically explodes before your eyes! A girl, a boy, and another girl with a playground all to themselves... what joy!
The photograph above, which has such incredible expression, was captured while my mom was telling them a story of a seagull named Gus! This seagull actually has quite a history dating back to when my sister Kara and I were both very young and to this day every single seagull we see, from the ocean to the walmart parking lot, is Gus! Mom has perfected her storytelling skills as you can quite obviously tell by the rapt and giddy expressions of these three. So you can see that many times we are not just "photographers" but people who are ready to put on a different hat wherever we turn! From bouquet carrier, to the person who has to make last minute adjustments to our models hair, to the person who spreads the bride's train out before she walks down the aisle because no one else is there to do it, and of course to story teller, our job is never free from surprises.
These tires proved to be more difficult to conquer than she first imagined!
Don't these two look just like adorable book ends!
This look tells me she is up to something. : )
The girls' outfits were custom designs by Hazel Mae Originals. I just adore the back of this outfit with it's long bow!
Superman!
Big tire, small tire, round tire, black tire!
Pure childhood joy displayed for you right here.
1....2 ...3!
Focus is Key!
From Superman to Spiderman!
We have a traffic jam on the slide, oh what to do?!
When children have sweet quiet expressions and their eyes open up big and bright, it just captures my heart!
This is truly playground fun! This photo is too cute for words!
Her skirt just spread out perfectly in this one.
Wahooo!
More story telling time!
